Everything here reflects how W&S actually operates today — not a version of the company we hope to be later.
W&S Scale Co. builds and manages customer-acquisition systems. Our responsibility runs from demand through creative, conversion, and measurement, up to the point a qualified opportunity is produced.
We build demand, qualify the opportunity, and your team takes it from there.
They are two ways to begin the same diagnostic. The Acquisition Assessment is 20 questions online, produces a preliminary W&S Acquisition Score, and is followed by a 10–15 minute review to validate what we found.
The Full Acquisition Audit is a 30–45 minute conversation where we work through the same framework live and produce a validated score in one sitting.
Neither path is considered better. Both lead into the same W&S diagnostic system.
No. Because we already have your assessment, the review is not a discovery call.
We use it to validate the diagnosis, capture anything the assessment could not know, and discuss the economics that are better handled privately than typed into an online form — customer value, current spend, qualified CPL where known, close rate, contribution, and capacity.
The purpose is to determine whether W&S can logically help.
The standard W&S retainer is $4,000 per month. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly through your own advertising accounts.
W&S charges 0% of ad spend.
W&S is opening five Founders Slots at $1,500 per month with a 90-day initial engagement. Ad spend is separate, and qualification is required.
Founders receive the same core acquisition system we are building W&S around. Founders pricing reflects the early stage of W&S, not a reduced scope of work.
Founders Slots are not awarded first-come, first-served. We evaluate whether the business is realistically positioned to benefit from the acquisition system.
No. W&S does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, revenue, ROAS, or other business outcome. Performance is affected by market conditions, competition, platforms, offer strength, pricing, sales performance, follow-up, client operations, available creative, and budget.
What we do instead is establish measurable performance standards wherever appropriate: qualified-lead definitions, target cost per qualified lead, performance benchmarks, testing criteria, optimization rules, pause conditions, and kill conditions.
The objective is a customer-acquisition system that can be measured, understood, tested, and improved.
Whatever you and W&S agree it means, documented before we begin evaluating campaigns against qualified-lead targets.
Qualification may consider the service or product needed, geographic location, budget, purchase intent, customer profile, project requirements, and other business-specific criteria.
A form submission alone does not automatically constitute a qualified lead.
You do. Whenever reasonably possible, advertising accounts, business data, customer information, existing creative assets, and website and domain assets remain client-owned, and historical campaign data remains accessible to you.
W&S does not intentionally structure client infrastructure to create artificial dependency on the agency. Clients should stay because the relationship makes sense — not because W&S controls access to their own business.
Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Not every client will use every platform. Channel selection is based on the business, audience, offer, economics, available assets, and existing performance. We don’t force every business into every platform. We follow the economics.
Unless separately agreed, W&S does not provide organic social-media management, post scheduling, community management, on-site photography or videography, general brand management, sales closing, sales-team management, customer service, business operations, general administrative support, full website redesign, SEO management, or full outsourced marketing-department services.
We may advise on something when it directly affects acquisition performance. That does not automatically make it part of our ongoing scope.
We own the creative strategy — concepts, hooks, messaging, copy, testing direction, and creative analysis — and we provide direction for what should be captured.
Clients are generally responsible for supplying the raw visual assets needed to execute those concepts. On-site photography and videography are not part of the standard service.
Not automatically. W&S may audit landing pages, recommend changes, develop testing hypotheses, and modify agreed acquisition-specific elements.
Full website redesigns, complete website development, general maintenance, large-scale copy rewrites, SEO, and ecommerce operations are separate projects, and additional work outside the agreed acquisition scope should be separately approved.
Timely access to the advertising, analytics, website, CRM, and tracking systems reasonably necessary for the work — client-owned wherever possible, at the lowest permission level that gets the job done.
Accurate business information, available creative assets, reasonably timely feedback and approvals, and accurate sales outcomes after leads are delivered.
That last one matters most. Knowing which leads became appointments, opportunities, and customers is what lets us evaluate acquisition quality beyond advertising-platform metrics.
Then we will tell you that. A prospect may be a legitimate business and still not be ready — insufficient capacity, sales follow-up that needs fixing first, economics that don’t currently support paid acquisition, or an internal constraint that should be addressed before adding demand.
We also don’t manufacture a problem in order to sell something. A healthy client system is a good outcome.
W&S does not scale campaigns simply because an ad is generating leads.
Before materially increasing spend we look at whether the qualified-lead economics are acceptable, whether independent business outcomes support what the platform is reporting, whether the funnel can handle more traffic, whether the opportunities are converting, whether the business can fulfil additional customers, and whether we have enough creative depth to support the increase.
Scale what works — not what we hope will work.
Primary communication is generally asynchronous: approvals, asset requests, important performance updates, questions, material campaign changes, and problems requiring your input.
Unless another cadence is agreed, we run a structured performance review roughly once a month covering what happened, what we learned, what changed, and what’s next. We don’t send messages simply to prove work is happening.
We evaluate acquisition performance, system improvements, remaining constraints, business economics, the working relationship, and whether continued management makes sense.
Continued service is optional and requires continued agreement. Any continued engagement is governed by the applicable W&S service agreement and pricing available at that time, and Founders pricing does not automatically guarantee a permanent or lifetime discounted rate.
No. Submitting an assessment, scheduling an audit, completing a form, or communicating with W&S does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance as a client.
Any actual services are governed by a separate written agreement between W&S and the client.
