Founders
Built by two people who know their lane.
W&S Scale Co. was founded by Isaiah “Zay” Williams and Cameron “Cam” Selfe. We met through college football, and a lot of how we work together started there: different responsibilities, shared standard, and enough trust to challenge each other when something doesn’t make sense.
We’re both naturally laid-back people. We like good conversations, good relationships, and working with people we actually enjoy working with. But when it comes to the work, we’re analytical about what gets our attention: What happened? Why did it happen? And what do we change next?
That balance became the foundation for W&S.

Traffic · Infrastructure · Attribution
Zay works primarily on the technical and analytical side of the acquisition system: paid-media strategy, campaign structure, tracking infrastructure, attribution, conversion data, and understanding how money moves through the system.
The goal is visibility — knowing where the budget went, what came back, and whether the numbers we’re making decisions from can actually be trusted.
Cameron “Cam” Selfe
Creative · Hooks · Messaging
Cam works primarily on the creative side of the acquisition system: creative strategy, concepts, hooks, messaging, copy, and understanding what makes the right person stop long enough to pay attention.
The goal is relevance — finding the message and creative direction that connects the offer with the people it’s actually meant for.
Two sides. One system.
Zay looks at what happens around and after the click. Cam looks at what makes someone want to click in the first place. Neither side works particularly well without the other.
Creative generates attention. Infrastructure tells us what that attention actually produced. The data informs the next creative decision, and the cycle continues.
That’s how we operate W&S. Not as two separate departments. As one acquisition system.
Performance and good design shouldn’t be separate things.
Everything we build — from an acquisition system to the W&S identity itself — is designed intentionally, measured by what it produces, and built to hold up as it grows.
Before something carrying the W&S name goes out, we ask
- 01Does it feel intentional?
- 02Does it need everything that’s currently there?
- 03Does it look like W&S without relying on the logo?
- 04Would we still like it five years from now?
And most importantly: does it feel confident — or does it look like it’s trying to prove that it’s confident?
How do you want to start?
Two ways in. You choose.
